Play. Learn. Level Up Your Health.
Health Captain
Five health zones, six daily missions, Health Points, levels, streaks and badges you can only earn by actually doing the thing.
The Health Captain arcade
Nine games, one shared scoreboard. The flagship game turns real-world habits into daily missions; the eight arcade titles are short, teach one thing properly, and hand you the explanation whether you were right or wrong.

Pick by how much time you have. Points from any of them feed the same total as the main game.
Three things. Today.
Three challenges drawn fresh each day — small enough to actually do, chosen to hit a different part of your health each time.
Play 3 minutesTen questions. How much do you actually know?
Ten questions across nutrition, fitness, sleep, the heart, mental health and prevention — every one with an explanation that teaches something.
Play 4 minutesMost health myths sound completely reasonable.
Twelve statements. Some are true, some are things everyone repeats. Learn where the widely believed ones came from and what the evidence actually shows.
Play 4 minutesThe better choice is not always the obvious one.
Twelve everyday foods and drinks. Pick the swap that genuinely improves the meal — and find out why, in grams rather than adjectives.
Play 4 minutesWhat actually protects a brain over decades.
Twelve questions on cognition, sleep and memory, exercise, hearing, social connection and vascular risk — the levers with real evidence behind them.
Play 1 minute a dayPick five. Keep the chain going.
Choose up to five habits, tick them off daily, and watch a 21-day grid fill in. Current streak and best streak for each, so a missed day is a blip, not a failure.
Play 4 minutesA tour of the machinery.
Twelve questions on the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, nervous, musculoskeletal, endocrine, immune and renal systems.
Play 5 minutesNot what it is — what you should do.
Ten scenarios. Every question asks the same thing: call emergency services, get seen today, book a routine visit, or watch and wait? The game that might matter most.
PlayHow the game works
The game keeps score. It does not do the work, and it never asks you to do anything inside the game that is not also worth doing outside it.
Every mission is something you do away from the screen — a walk, a glass of water instead of a soft drink, lights out at a sensible time, booking the appointment. You tick it off afterwards. Ticking a mission you did not do only cheats the scoreboard.
Each mission is worth points. Points are also XP, and levels come from total XP on a curve that gets gently harder — level 2 at 50 XP, level 3 at 200, and so on. Clearing all six of a day's missions adds a 25-point bonus.
Nutrition Harbor, Fitness Ridge, Mind Garden, Sleep Station and Prevention Command Center. Missions are drawn one per zone first, so no day is all food or all exercise.
Play on consecutive days and the streak grows. Miss a day and it restarts at one — nothing else is taken away. Points, level and badges you already have are kept.
Eight badges on the main board, each tied to a specific total: five hydration missions, eight nutrition missions, a seven-day streak, 500 points. The arcade can award a few more, and they show up on the same board.

No account, nothing uploaded
Every game on Health Captain stores its progress in this browser and nowhere else. There is no sign-up, no email address, and no sync between devices. That is a deliberate trade: you lose your streak if you clear your browser, and in exchange nobody holds a record of your health habits.
Your board
These come from whatever you have already played on this browser. Nothing appears here until you have played something.
Nothing showing? Start with the main game or a three-minute round of Health Trivia.

Seven to nine hours covers most adults, but a steady wake time may do more for how you feel than the total on any single night.
Colorectal screening from 45 is among the highest-value tests available. Overdiagnosis and false positives are the other half of the conversation.
Both have strong cardiovascular evidence and they overlap heavily. Consistency with either matters far more than choosing between them.
