What this game teaches
Most durable health myths started as something reasonable: a small study, a real finding stretched too far, or advice that was accurate for one group and got applied to everyone. Seeing where a myth came from makes it much easier to spot the next one.
The explanations separate three different things that often get muddled — a claim with good evidence behind it, a claim with no evidence either way, and a claim the evidence has actually tested and contradicted.
This is also a short lesson in how to hold a belief loosely. Being confidently wrong about a health question is normal; noticing it is the skill.
