The twelve topics we are producing first
Each explainer will run three to five minutes, will be captioned, and will carry a transcript on the page — an explainer without a transcript is useless to a lot of people and unsearchable for everyone else. Each one will point back to the full guide rather than replacing it.

What our videos will and will not do
- Every video will be captioned and transcribed, and the transcript will sit on the same page.
- No video will give a diagnosis, and none will give dosing instructions.
- Sources will be listed under the video, exactly as they are on our written guides.
- If a video contains a sponsored segment, it will say so at the start and in the description — not in small print at the end. See our advertising policy.
- When a guide is updated in a way that changes the advice, the video will be re-recorded or pulled down. A stale video is worse than no video.
In the meantime
The written guides are live now, and there are 38 of them. If you prefer working through something interactively rather than reading, the tools and games cover much of the same ground.
